Mr. Krishna Kurdukar, a Pune University graduate, served Corporates for more than 20 years like TATA Motors (Erstwhile Telco Ltd.) and Thermax Ltd. in various capacities and responsibilities. He acquired a versatile experience in Mass Production Industry like TATA Motors and Project Engineering Industry like Thermax Ltd. During his service he observed a great need of focussed & organised property Consulting services in Industrial & Commercial properties & related Infrastructure.
Well experienced in handling various industry projects & functions, in mid-1998, he decided to take up entrepreneurial challenge. Though the shift from Manufacturing engineering to Service Industry was a tough decision, with his determination & confidence he started the Property Consulting and allied Services under the banner of CORPORATE PROPERTY SERVICES & CONSULTANTS (CPSC).
Today, with systematic and organized working with his dedicated services, the ‘Corporate Property Services & Consultants’ has established its presence & Goodwill in the corporate world as preferred consultants of Corporate Choice.
